Cleaning around the way you live
Different homes need different priorities. You may want regular attention to kitchens and bathrooms, help with floors and dusting, or cleaning focused on selected rooms. We discuss the condition of the property, the surfaces involved and what can reasonably be completed within the agreed visit. Specialist or unusually demanding tasks need to be identified in advance.
What the agreed service can include
- Dusting agreed accessible surfaces and furniture
- Vacuuming and cleaning suitable floors
- Cleaning agreed kitchen surfaces and external appliance surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms, basins and other agreed washroom areas
- Emptying general household bins using the agreed disposal arrangements
Planning the service
Tell us the property location, number of rooms, approximate size and preferred frequency. Mention pets, parking, access restrictions and any surfaces that need particular care. The proposal should identify who provides products and equipment, which rooms are excluded and whether the property will be occupied during cleaning.
Responsibilities and ongoing communication
Put valuable, fragile and confidential items somewhere appropriate before the visit and tell us which belongings should not be moved. Oven interiors, high-level work, upholstery treatment, heavy lifting and specialist waste are not automatically included. Discuss any additional task so its suitability, time and cost can be confirmed before work begins.

Do I need to be at home?
Access arrangements are agreed before the visit. If entry is required while you are away, key custody, arrival instructions and how the home is left need to be clearly documented.
